A graduate of the University of Oregon Medical School in Portland, Dr. Rosenstock completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry and a Fellowship in Child Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Rosenstock, is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  He is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Board of Sexolgy and a Founding  Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists.

Today, Dr. Rosenstock is in private practice specializing in adult, adolescent, child and family psychiatry with the Rosenstock Clinic.  He offers individual as well as group therapy.  He sees many Attention Deficit Disorder children and adults both for psychopharmacology and therapy as needed.  His practice also includes legal consultation and testimony.


Dr. Rosenstock has lectured worldwide on topics pertaining to adolescent child and family psychiatry, including group psychotherapy techniques.  He has also appeared on local and national media including NBC's Today Show helping to understand diverse news events such as 9-11 and school shootings as they happen.  Dr.  Rosenstock has authored scores of professional articles and has also co-authored with his wife, Judith. D. Rosenstock, Ph.D, two books :  Journey Through Divorce  and Your Hospital Stay---It will Be Okay.  Together they wrote the manuscript that was adapted into a made-for-television movie Locked in Silence.  The movie was nominated for four Emmy Awards including Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Director. 

Dr. Rosenstock's hobbies are quite varied.  He is a student of languages and is fluent in Spanish, among others.  Dr. Rosenstock sings in his Synagogue Choir.  He believes in the value of exercise and goes to the gym several times a week
